My name is Nahall Fells and I graduated from the University of California, Davis with my B.A. in English and then snagged an M.A. in Creative Writing. My husband played in the NFL for 10 years and during that time we grew our family and followed his career around the country. When he retired in 2016 we moved to the small town I grew up in, Hillsborough, California, just south of San Francisco. We have an eight year old son named Lennon and a six year old daughter named Layla.
On a lighter note, I’m a 36 year old, stay at home mom who makes her kids take way too many pictures. I’m on the cusp of being a millennial, so I’m on Instagram but have no idea how to Tik Tok. I’m an open book and mostly write about my family and my opinions about the world around us. If there are two more things to know about me, these are them:
- I don’t sleep well. I never have. So, I spend a lot of time staring at my bedroom ceiling. Sometimes I talk to it and it talks back (no, not really) and I’ve decided to share those conversations with whoever wants to hear them.
- I used to write, but I stopped around 5 years ago. I’m happy to be back.
